Best Value Coach is an A certified expert (in 2015 A +) in guiding Best Value projects on both the purchase side (Best Value Procurement / Performance purchasing) and sales side (Best Value Vendor / Performance sales). In line with the well-known metaphor of the Best Value philosophy, we are happy to lead you to the top. As part of PurchasingTarget, we offer you the following services:
  • Coaching, guiding and supporting in the execution of purchase projects based on Best Value. We have both expertise in the private and public sector and this makes a difference in connection with the (European) procurement rules.
  • Reviewing documents / procedures at organizations that already apply the Best Value methodology. Our philosophy is that one has never been taught and this certainly applies to Best Value. By regularly 'mirroring' with others and 'sparring' you grow as an individual and organization.
