To work
01 Intake
During the intake we discuss your concrete interim requirements and the desired training and experience criteria of the candidate. We then draw up a job profile together or we start immediately on the basis of an already existing profile.
02 Selection
We deploy your request in our network of interim professionals. We select the candidates for the temporary position. Normally we present our candidates within 5 working days, after which any introductory talks are scheduled in consultation with you.
03 Getting started
After your written agreement, the professional will start working with you. During the interim assignment, the account manager periodically speaks with you and the interim consultant to evaluate the progress of the assignment. This way we keep each other sharp and we continue to guarantee quality.
