Coaching
Coaching is a way to improve the result of your purchasing department. On-the-job guidance from an experienced purchasing consultant is considered the best tool to support purchasing staff in developing content and social skills. In coaching, we link an expert with substantive knowledge of purchasing, tendering and / or Best Value, with the right social skills and the required competences, to your employee. We make a tailor-made coaching trajectory, in which we adapt to your questions and wishes. We believe that a personal approach leads to the best result.

01 Requirement statement
With every training or coaching question it is important to get clear in advance what the customer wants exactly. With us nothing is 'standard' because every customer is unique. Our training and coaching programs are therefore always 'tailor-made', tailored to the specific needs of the customer.
02 Offers
On the basis of the information provided, we make a clear quotation detailing the purpose, how the program is built and which trainer or coach is used. Training is preferably given on location at the customer's premises, but if desired we can also provide a suitable location.
03 Result
After assignment from the customer, the training or the coaching process is finally planned. After completion of the assignment, a written and oral evaluation takes place.
